PATRICK "RAFI" MURPHY

CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Patrick is an experienced media professional with a passion for supporting philanthropic causes. Having personally experienced the impact of long-term medical illness in childhood, he developed a particular interest in the intersection of medicine, ethics, and patient advocacy. The majority of his undergraduate work focused on bioethics and moral philosophy, after which he was accepted to the Sherwin B. Nuland Summer Institute at the Yale Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics in New Haven, CT. He also served as a volunteer behavioral therapy coach at the Harvard/McLean O.C.D. Institute in Belmont, MA.

Patrick has served on the young alumni board of Boston College and has been a regular supporter of the Boston College Wall Street Council Dinner, which serves to raise funds for Presidential Scholarships to support BC's best and brightest students. 

Patrick received his A.B. cum laude from Boston College's Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences and his M.B.A. from Yeshiva University. He and his wife Shira reside in Atlanta with their daughter, Yehudis and their son Akiva.

TERRY MURPHY

PRESIDENT STRATEGY & CREATIVE

​Terry Murphy is a multiple award-winning Executive Producer and showrunner with three decades of experience working in network and cable television for Twentieth Television, Harpo Productions, Sony Television, CBS, NBC, and CNBC.

Murphy mastered the art of brand integration while working for Sony Television Productions and Harpo Studios. She created millions of dollars in seamless, organic brand opportunities for Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, Valspar, Cisco, TJ Maxx, and General Motors. As senior project lead at CNBC, Murphy worked on a branded content project for BP and a multi-year branded content series for IBM.

Terry Murphy previously led the Hapner-Hart Media integration team for seven E.W. Scripps networks and the Scripps National Spelling Bee. She also oversees HHM's ‘media for good’ efforts on behalf of multiple non-profit organizations, creating relationships with corporate brands like American Airlines and Aflac to generate millions of dollars of in-kind and financial donations. As an industry insider and respected storyteller, Terry Murphy has placed commercial and non-profit clients in the national spotlight on NBC Nightly News, CBS News, ABC News, CNN, Newsy, The View, Inside Edition, Good Morning America, The Today Show, 48 Hours, Dateline, LA Times, The Wall Street Journal, NY Times, San Francisco Chronicle, and The Atlantic among others. Leveraging professional relationships, she and the HHM team have engaged celebrities like Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, Andy Cohen, Ed Begley, Jr., Margot Bingham, Chuck Todd, Ken Jeong, and others on behalf of non-profit clients.

Terry Murphy is an author for William Morrow an imprint of HarperCollins. She served on the Board of Directors of the International O.C.D. Foundation from 2006-2007.

JIMMY HAAS

CO-FOUNDER & VICE PRESIDENT

In addition to co-founding HHM, Jimmy is intimately involved in Business Operations, Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production, event management, and corporate-partnership development.

Jimmy holds a B.M. in Performance as well as a Masters in Global Entertainment & Music Business from the Berklee College of Music in Boston with the latter being granted in conjunction with Universitat Politècnica de València.

Jimmy believes that if you can help someone, you should.​ He has volunteered at homeless shelters and food pantries, working with disadvantaged children, and doing community service in cities across America. Today, he continues to work with his community as part of local mutual aid organizations and assisting in neighborhood relief work.
Jimmy is an ardent supporter of environmental causes and animal welfare organizations, including adoption and sanctuaries.

When not working on HHM projects, Jimmy, a NREMT certified Emergency Medical Technician, helps New Yorkers stay safe and healthy. 

JENNIFER FABIANO

PRODUCER & B.D. CONSULTANT

Jennifer Fabiano is a seasoned producer with over two decades of experience spanning scripted and unscripted cable and broadcast television, corporate video, and advertising production. Her diverse portfolio includes collaborations with major networks and brands, such as Animal Planet, HGTV, Travel Channel, Style Network, Telepictures, A&E, Hasbro, and CVS Health.

As a Producer and Business Development consultant for Hapner-Hart Media, Jennifer is driven by collaboration and creativity and is passionate about infusing humanity, empathy, and ethics into every partnership.

Jennifer resides in Massachusetts with her husband, two daughters, and two rescue dogs.

JEFFREY WOLF

ADVISOR & PRINCIPAL THE LOBO GROUP

Focusing on the distribution and management of quality entertainment properties to all areas of the media world including broadcast/OTA, MVPD’s, vMVPD’s, CTV, OTT, digital, mobile, and social media, The Lobo Group helps media and entertainment companies create and market great content and ensure that it reaches the widest audience possible.

Strategic investments by The Lobo Group have resulted in the creation of Bounce, the fastest growing broadcast network that focuses on programming that appeals to the African American audience, as well as digital networks Escape (now ION Mystery), Grit, Laff, and Court TV. Jeffrey Wolf led the strategy to sell Bounce Media and Katz Broadcasting to the E.W. Scripps Company for $302 million. As an investor and strategic advisor, Jeffrey has been instrumental in the implementation of HHM's highly successful non-profit brand elevation strategies and helping forge relationships in the non-profit community. The Lobo Group serves as investor and strategic advisor for Hypomania Content, a prolific producer of multimedia content, including MTV's hit program Savage U.
